Many Hands Make Light Work.

Together, our volunteers deliver 250,000 meals each year to 2,000 aging neighbors. But they deliver more than meals. Each visit brings a friendly face, a brief conversation, and a caring connection that can ease isolation and brighten someone’s day.

Make a Difference in About an Hour

Our greatest need is meal delivery.

Volunteers pick up prepared meals, follow a designated route, and deliver meals to about 10-15 aging neighbors.
Most routes take about one hour.

Each route begins between 10-10:30am at one of our distribution sites in Barberton, Canal Fulton, Dalton, Massillon, or Wooster.

Volunteers are needed in Stark, Summit County, & Wayne Counties.

Volunteer weekly, every other week, monthly, or when your schedule allows.

Adopt-a-Route

Turn teamwork into community impact.

Our Adopt-a-Route program gives
companies and organizations an easy way to make a consistent difference in the lives of aging neighbors.

Your organization selects a delivery route at a convenient location and commits to covering it on a regular schedule – weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Employees then take turns delivering meals, creating a shared volunteer experience without requiring everyone to commit every week.

For example: A company adopts one route each week and has eight employees participate. Employees can rotate in pairs, so each person only needs to deliver about once a month.

Beyond delivering meals, Adopt-a-Route is a great way to build teamwork, strengthen connections among colleagues, and create a shared sense of purpose while giving back to the community.
