The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a community service and work-based job training program for older Americans. Participants must be at least 55, unemployed, and meet income guidelines.

Vantage Aging’s SCSEP is supported by federal funds from the U.S. Department of Labor, constituting 90% of the total budget in PY26. These funds are received as follows: Direct Funding from the U.S. Department of Labor: $4,343,453 and Sub-recipient Funding from the Ohio Department of Aging: $3,228,696
